Polestar 2: 20,000 Miles of Adventure with a Few Hiccups

As a proud owner of a Polestar 2 since May 2022, I have to say that the car has been great so far. With just under 20,000 miles on the odometer, I have had my fair share of issues, but each one has been resolved through service appointments.
My first issue arose at around 500 miles, when I got a propulsion failure warning. I contacted the service location where I bought the car from, but they were hesitant to support me with a loaner vehicle and picking up the car for service. It took some persistence, but I eventually got in touch with the service manager, who made the process of getting a loaner and having the car picked up and dropped off for service much smoother. The service technicians said that a software reload fixed the issue, and I did not experience any further problems with it.

However, at around 12,000 miles, I faced another issue after an OTA update 2.3. The update locked me out of my car for 12 hours, and the key fob was not working. I let the car sit for a while, and it eventually recovered on its own.
At 18,000 miles, I received an SOS ECall Schedule Service notification, and I decided to call a different service station. The difference in customer service was night and day. The service station immediately asked what accommodations I needed, if I needed the car picked up, and if I needed a loaner. They made the process super simple and did not inconvenience me at all. The technicians did a TCAM reboot and a software update to 2.6, which seemed to fix the problem.

Unfortunately, two weeks after I got my car back from the SOS ECall service, I lost data and GPS. It appears that I have another TCAM issue. I called the service center again, and they are going to pick up my Polestar 2 and drop off a loaner vehicle. The process was just as smooth as the previous time, but it is unfortunate that these TCAM issues are plaguing these cars.
In conclusion, owning a Polestar 2 has been a great experience so far, but there have been some issues that have been resolved through service appointments. The customer service at the different service stations has varied greatly, but I have had a positive experience overall. I hope that the TCAM issues will be resolved soon, and I am looking forward to many more miles in my Polestar 2.
