Polestar was originally Volvo's in house tuning division. In the more recent years they have spun off with the assistance of Chinese automotive giant, Geely Motors. At this time, Polestar has only produced and released 2 models. The Polestar 1 which was a premium plug-in hybrid coupe, starting at ~$155k. Later they produced the Polestar 2, a luxury fully electric fastback, starting at a little over $48k. Polestar has since announced the Polestar 5 a four-door sedan with a hatch.
Polestar O₂, the electric roadster concept, doesn't just exist to create desire (though it certainly does). It exists to show that there's a new paradigm when it comes to the sports car. One that proves that the premium choice, the fun choice, and the sustainable choice are one and the same.

The Polestar O₂ exterior is influenced by aerospace design, both aesthetically and aerodynamically. Rather than resort to outlandish wings or spoilers, Polestar O₂ features integrated aero ducts in the wheel arches and rear lights that double as air blades.
The Polestar 6 will not be manufactured until 2026, however they are currently encouraging buyers to reserve a build spot by logging into the Polestar website beginning today, August 16th.
Agree to the reservation fee of $25,000 and payment via bank transfer within 10 business days from receiving the payment instructions. The reservation fee is fully refundable.
To commemorate the introduction, Polestar is constructing 500 numbered copies of a special "LA Concept" version of the roadster. This exclusive version will feature sky-blue bodywork, leather interior, and the original Polestar O2 concept's distinctive 21-inch wheels.

Seize the opportunity to own a highly exclusive Polestar 6 LA Concept edition. Reserve a build slot for one of the first 500 electric roadsters that will be produced. The indicative price of the final car is $200,000.
